It’s a good reminder that everything is in God’s hands but hard to trust sometimes when I watch my husband spiral down into a life of depravity & sin.. Please help me pray for him that the holy spirit sends him wisdom. Help him to turn his life around before its too late. Thank you.

Today’s video was a hard one. Trust in the Lord and do not rely on your own instinct is a hard thing to do. We think we know what we want both for ourselves and the people we are praying for.

I sometimes find it hard not to worry and to trust the Lord that He has the perfect plan for my family and myself. That all will work out for good in His timing and in His way when around me looks grim and the obstacles seem overwhelming. I remember another really difficult time where I had to trust God to pull me through and He did. He helped me with my faith and with His presence, I felt I wasn’t alone. I put my trust in You again Father God for my family’s sake and my own In Your Holy precious name Lord Jesus, and through the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank You Lord God for listening and answering my prayer. Thank you Bruce and TCG team for this message and prayer. Happy Farther’s Day Bruce!

I try to offer the abandonment of my ideas of what those I love need, as a sacrifice to God so that their souls will be saved.

We are facing a major decision in our lives at the moment so this talk and reference to Proverbs is a very timely one! I was worried about letting go of control but now I know I must trust and hand over to God who loves me. Thx Bruce for your insight and wisdom

As I pray for my children, its a challenge to keep believing that God is working in their life even when I dont see a change. Today’s word and prayer really helped me to see that I need to trust God in a deeper way and not lean on my own understanding. Thank you.

I know too well that God has His own time. So many times I prayed for Him to help me , and He did in His own time. It happens and I say oh, that was my prayer.

    Thank you Bruce-
This is one of my favourite proverbs.
In prayer, I come back to this, over and over again. –
God knows our story, what was, what is and what will be.
In my mind, I have a ‘snapshot’ picture, of what I ‘think’ I need, ….
God sees the bigger picture, of where I need to be!
In him I trust, to make straight, my path.

I dedicate today’s thought and prayers, to Martin, Tracey and their family, who place their trust in you Lord, during so much illness, within their family circle. –
As the place their trust in you, with whole heart, please lord, shine light and hope, on their path.

Lord, strengthen my relationship with my son. Help me develop a deeper faith in you LORD, so that I can let go of control and stop steering him my way.
Protect him Lord and steer him in your direction.. I pray for all young people, that they stay closely bonded with You and those who love them.
Thank You Bruce for your inspiration every day and for igniting my Faith in a special way.

I find on those occasions when I do have total trust in God in regards to particular situations, it’s as if something just clicks within…a confidence in God that all will be well or as it should be and I can let go completely. During really stressful times I forget to stop and decide to trust. Thank you for reminding me of that Bruce in regards to what I have been praying for this time.

Wow, this one really hit home. I find myself so often trusting in God and then “taking it back to work on it again”!! I SO need this scripture over and over again. Thank you!!
